Wolves Camp Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Wolves North American Academy ID Camps different from other soccer camps?
-The Wolves Academy has an established, and well-deserved reputation for producing world-class professional soccer players through dedication towards the development of youth. Our camps utilize the same drills and coaching philosophies used at the Academy.  Our coaches are highly experienced and meet the strict standards of the Wolves Academy.  The competitive and progressive nature of the Player ID Camps, (National Camp from 2013) and the Wolves Academy Experience at the Academy in Wolverhampton, adds a dynamic not found in any other soccer camp experience.

Why are the sessions shorter than other camps and divided over 3 days?
-Keeping the session length between 90 and 120 minutes emphasizes quality over quantity, as we attempt to match as closely as possible the character of the Wolves Academy in the UK.

How does the camp progression work?
-The Wolves North American Academy hosts regional Player ID Camps around North America.  At each camp, the best players are invited to attend the Wolves Academy Experience in the UK, where they will spend 8-10 days training at the Wolves Academy.

When and where are the Player ID Camps, and how do I register for a Player ID Camp?
-You may find a listing of all of the dates and locations of our Player ID Camps on our Camps page.  Each camp will have a link to its own registration and information page.

What should I bring to a Player ID Camp?
-Please bring cleats, shin guards, socks that cover your shin guards, weather-appropriate comfortable athletic clothes, a soccer ball, a water bottle, a light snack, and sunscreen.

How will I know if I have been invited to attend the Wolves Academy Experience in 2013?
-Email notifications will be sent to all players within 14 days of the conclusion of the Player ID camp.  Please ensure that you have your email set up to receive messages from Wolves North American Academy (@Wolvesnorthamericanacademy.com), so that your message will not be reported as spam.
